As of April 9, 2025, the United States has imposed a 32% tariff on imports from Indonesia. These tariffs officially took effect on April 9, 2025. Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Airlangga Hartarto, highlighted several of Indonesiaβs key exports to the US, including electronics, textiles and textile products, footwear, palm oil, rubber, furniture, shrimp, and marine fishery products that are likely to face several challenges because of this regulation.
