Hi. Is there any way we can be more inclusive in our HRIS by also putting in other genders such as Non-binary. The “Gender Diversity” report is not diverse at all.

I’m Albert, and I wanted to chime in on this discussion.

I appreciate the response, Olive. It’s great to see the initiative for gender diversity, but I’d like to offer a suggestion. Perhaps it would be helpful to make gender options more customizable within the HRIS, allowing users to freely add different gender identities, including non-binary, without having to rely on pre-set options. This flexibility could ensure we are truly being inclusive and adapting to everyone’s identity.

Additionally, when it comes to the Gender Diversity report, it would be fantastic to include an option where users can filter and view the data by gender categories beyond just the binary ones, which could give a clearer picture of diversity.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
