Hello everyone. Is there any feature in Talenta that we can see all pending tasks in one report instead of going through each employee profile to check the status of a specific task?

Hi, Pak Jerome! Thank you for your question pak. Currently, we dont have this feature that can see all the pending tasks in one report. In addition, tasks also available on another feature as like performance review. But, this one such a good idea! We will take it as a notes for our product improvement in the near future. Kami mempunyai beberapa branch (business unit) didalam satu dabatase dapatkan settingan task pada fitur offboaring dibuat PIC per Business Unit?

Halo Bu Meiliana, salam kenal yaa. Untuk saat ini kami baru bisa by organization saja bu. Jadi di settingnya ada opsi selected organization. Mungkin untuk yang branch atau business unit bisa kami jadikan next improvement yaa bu. Terima kasih

Terkait pertanyaan Bu Meiliana mengenai pengaturan PIC task offboarding per business unit, kami juga memiliki kebutuhan serupa. Dengan adanya beberapa unit bisnis dalam satu database, pengaturan task berbasis branch akan sangat membantu kami dalam memastikan proses onboarding/offboarding berjalan lebih efisien dan terkoordinasi.
